How to Order and Return a Derila Pillow: 7 Steps to Avoid the Common Problems
The complaints about Derila are mostly not about the pillow. They are about orders that ended up bigger than intended, add-on offers, and returns. We read the brand’s return policy, ClickBank’s refund policy and the checkout our link leads to on September 23, 2026, and turned them into steps. We did not place an order ourselves, so this covers what the pages say and what buyers report, not a purchase we made.
The Short Answer
- Buy from the product page, not a look-alike site. Sites with names close to Derila’s exist and have their own, much lower, review scores.
- Pick your package with its own button, then check the quantity and total on the order form before you pay.
- Decline add-ons you did not come for. Buyers most often complain about extra items and upgrade offers.
- The charge shows as CLKBANK on your statement. ClickBank processes the payment and takes refund requests at clkbank.com within 60 days of purchase.
- Returns need an authorization first, and return shipping is on you. Keep the box, and ask within 60 days of delivery.
Before You Order
1. Make sure you are on the real product page
Trustpilot has separate pages for sites with names close to Derila’s, such as “derilo-ergo.com,” with scores around 2 out of 5. A look-alike site is a different seller, with different terms. Our link opens the product page for the Derila Ergo, whose checkout runs through ClickBank; check the address bar either way.
2. Choose the package with its own button
On the page our link opens, each package (one, two or four pillows) has its own “buy” button, and each goes to a ClickBank order form with that quantity already set. Prices when we checked were $59.99 for one, $99.98 for two and $149.96 for four. The “you save” amounts shown next to them are based on reference prices we could not verify, so compare the actual prices, not the discount.
At Checkout
3. Check the quantity and the total before you pay
On the brand’s Australian store, the consumer group CHOICE found four pillows pre-selected when it ordered one. We did not see that on the single-pillow path our link leads to, but the complaint “I ordered for 1 and you billed for two” still appears in recent reviews. Before you enter card details, confirm the quantity and the total on the order form.
4. Decline the add-ons you did not come for
Buyers describe offers for pillowcases, covers and other items during and after checkout, and several say they were charged for items they did not mean to add. If an offer appears after payment, read the button labels before you click; decline anything you do not want. Save the confirmation e-mail and compare its total with what you expected.
After You Order
5. Know what the charge looks like
ClickBank says its purchases appear on bank statements as “CLKBANK*”. If you see a charge you do not recognize, ClickBank’s order lookup at clkbank.com lets you find the order with your e-mail, zip code or the last four digits of your card.
6. Keep the packaging and try the pillow early
The brand’s policy says non-defective returns must arrive in undamaged packaging “in a condition suitable for further use.” A recent reviewer said a return was first refused because the pillow had been opened and used. The page also advertises a 60-night trial. If comfort is your worry, decide early and keep the box, so a return stays possible.
If You Want to Return It
7. Pick one of two refund routes
Through the seller. The brand’s written policy, read September 23, 2026:
- Use the support contact form within 60 days of receiving the order, with your name, e-mail, order number and reason.
- Wait for a return authorization (RMA) form; support says it replies within three business days. Returns sent without one are not processed.
- Pack the pillow, attach the RMA form, and ship it with tracking to the fulfillment center in Wayne, New Jersey. Return shipping is not refunded.
- Add the tracking number to the RMA form.
- The refund is issued within 14 days of the return being received and inspected, to your original payment method.
The same page’s banner says “Easy 30-Day Returns.” The policy text says 60 days. If the difference matters to you, ask support to confirm in writing.
Through ClickBank. ClickBank takes refund requests at clkbank.com within 60 days of purchase, through “Find My Order” or its customer service. Its help pages say that for physical products, the seller’s return policy still applies, including sending the items back. After 60 days, ClickBank directs you to the seller. If you paid with PayPal and a ClickBank refund fails, ClickBank tells customers to contact PayPal.
Note the two clocks: the seller counts 60 days from delivery, ClickBank 60 days from purchase.
