Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate links. This page explains what that means.

How it works

When a guide links to a product, the link may be an affiliate link. If you click it and buy, the seller or its affiliate network, such as ClickBank, pays us a commission. You pay the same price whether you use the link or not.

What that means for you

It gives us a financial interest in your purchase, and you should weigh what we write with that in mind. We handle the conflict in these ways:

  • We disclose the affiliate link at the top of the guide and again next to the button.
  • We link the studies we cite, so you can check our reading yourself.
  • We say when evidence is weak or missing, including for products we earn from, and we flag what a label does not tell you.
  • We mark affiliate links with the sponsored attribute so search engines know they are paid links.

Prices and offers

Prices, discounts and guarantees are set by the seller and change often. We state the date we checked them. Confirm them on the seller's page before you order.

Not medical advice

Our guides are for information. We are an editorial team and not medical professionals. If sleep trouble is persistent, talk to a healthcare provider before trying a supplement.
