The sales page claims “based on 36,498 + reviews!” without linking them, something our is it legit guide already flagged as unverifiable. This guide looked outside the sales page for reports we could actually check: a consumer complaint database, a review site, and general search results. We read these on September 21, 2026.

It is not medical advice, and a review is one person’s experience, not evidence that a product works.

The Short Answer

  • We found one complaint on BBB Scam Tracker, already covered in our is it legit guide, describing an order that was not received and an unauthorized charge attempt. It is a single, unverified report.
  • Search results for “Yu Sleep reviews” also surface pages that are not reviews. We opened one and it redirected immediately to a different offer page, with no review content at all: a pattern built to rank for review-type searches, not to inform.
  • We found no Trustpilot page for getyusleep.com. A direct check returned no result.
  • We did not find a large, independently verifiable body of reviews of the product.

The BBB Complaint

Our is it legit guide found one report on BBB Scam Tracker, dated May 18, 2026, describing an order for three bottles that was never received, plus an alert about a separate $97 charge attempt the person says they did not authorize. The BBB states its Scam Tracker content is “based on victim and potential victim accounts,” and we could not verify it independently. One report does not establish a pattern.

What Search Results Actually Contain

Searching for “Yu Sleep reviews” and similar terms surfaces more than genuine reviews. One result we opened, styled as a page of “Yu Sleep Reviews with Pros and Complaints,” redirected immediately to an unrelated offer page and contained no review text of its own. This is a known pattern: a page built to rank for a review-style search query, whose only purpose is to forward the visitor to a sale. We did not find the seller’s name attached to this pattern, and we do not know who built it. We mention it so a reader searching the same terms knows what they may run into, not because it tells us anything about the product itself.

We also found a syndicated press release, published through USA Today’s press-release section, titled “Yu Sleep Reviews: Deep Dive Into the 10-Ingredient Formula.” A press release is paid, self-submitted content, not independent journalism or an editorial review, regardless of which outlet’s site hosts it.

What We Looked For and Did Not Find

  • A Trustpilot page for getyusleep.com. A direct check on September 21, 2026 returned no result.
  • A large, independently verifiable set of reviews of a purchase from the official site.
  • A response from the seller to the BBB complaint. We found none.

Questions

Does Yu Sleep have good reviews?

We could not find a large, independently verifiable set of reviews. The sales page’s own review count is unlinked, there is no Trustpilot page for the official site, and the one complaint we found is a single, unverified report.

Are the “36,498+ reviews” on the sales page real?

We could not verify them. The sales page does not link to them, and our is it legit guide flagged this as an unsourced claim.

Has anyone reported not receiving their order?

Yes, one report on BBB Scam Tracker, which we could not independently verify. See our is it legit guide for the full account.
